3D printing in construction

Step by step we understand the technological process of 3D printing. We provide a solid theoretical base and also practice the acquired knowledge in practice - our training facilities provide a testing ground.

In the course of the training we introduce the new developments of the company and in detail the features of the robotic printing complexes of Smart Build Service.

The basic training consists of two blocks:

  • Theoretical Module

The course includes analysis of technological features and methods of 3D printing, as well as methods of designing objects using specialized software. The course includes engineering calculations, preparation of a design model with its further translation into G-code - a set of commands for building the trajectory of equipment movement.

In the theoretical part we will analyze the principles of printing process control, get acquainted with safety rules and details of equipment maintenance.

  • Practical module

During the hands-on sessions, we will talk about the specifics of preparing construction mixes for 3D printing. We will examine how to change the ratio of components depending on the construction task.

We teach how to properly assemble and disassemble pressure equipment. We provide hands-on training at equipped training sites.
