Construction 3D printer for concrete printing “Racurs V2400” is designed for the construction of houses, commercial buildings, any small architectural forms, as well as elements of buildings - prefabs (for their subsequent layout and assembly). Contour printing technology used for construction of walls with quick-hardening concrete, followed by filling with various materials for individual goals and objectives of each project.

In the basic configuration of the Robotic Construction Complex (RCC) has dimensions of 12m x 12m x 4.5m. At the same time, the printing area can be increased by installing additional elements on any of the axes - X, Y or Z. Interchangeability of elements on the X axis, has the possibility of realizing “island” printing, by repositioning the ways on which the printer moves from the already worked areas to new ones - thus continuing the X axis and moving the printer along it. This facilitates further positioning and speeds up the construction process.

The printer has a gantry design and has a large operating margin for professional use with increased productivity in 24/7 operation.
All operations are controlled by a controller built on a 32-bit high-speed dual-core processor, which can be used to create real-time, multi-functional control centers.

The extruder design implements a mechanism to automatically stop the feed of the compound as it passes over door and window openings. The locking mechanism stops the feed synchronously with the mix feeding station, which prevents blockages in the feed hoses and extends their service life.

The printer's control center houses the operator's workstation, and all electronic equipment is protected from exposure to all weather conditions and from access to the equipment by third parties. A compact remote control panel with moisture and dust protection is provided to improve print quality and make adjustments easier.

Each RСC undergoes control assembly and testing at the production site. The equipment is delivered to the customer in a debugged state, tested for operability.

Printer training takes 40 hours and includes theoretical and practical parts. If necessary - the training period can be extended to consolidate the knowledge gained.
